SUB-DIVISIONAL INDUSTRIES OFFICE - KOLASIB
This Sub-Divisional Industries Office has been functioning since 1998 under the administrative control of General Manager, DIC, Aizawl.
This office receives and verifies the applications for Provisional Registration as well as Permanent Registration. Provisional Registration is being finalized and and Provisional Certificate issued in this office while duly filled in application form for Permanent Registration are forwarded to General Manager. DIC, Aizawl for finalization for registration. Application for GIA subsidies, State and Central subsidies are initiated from this office and finalization are done in Aizawl. Application for CTS Registration are also initiated from this office.
This Sub-Divisional Office status has been upgraded to the District Industries Centre status by issuing such order in August, 2004.
List of Government Sponsored Schemes :
Application for PMRY loan is distributed from this office and the same is received as well. Personal interview for PMRY loan has been conducted in this office. EDP Training Course / Programme are conducted in this office for interested entrepreneurs. This office coordinated IIE, Guwahati and NECON Ltd. Resource personnel.
GIA Subsidies facilities can be availed through this office. Subsidy application issued from this office and submitted to this office has been forwarded to DIC and Directorate level after necessary verification is done.
Various State Initiative Subsidies, facilities are initiated from this office.
Eligibility for availing the support :
Those who seek to apply or avail various subsidies from this department under Government of Mizoram are welcome to approach this office for necessary guidance and motivation. Those initiatives available both under Central and State Governments have to be applied for Industrial Unit having permanent Registration.
Persons having completion Certificate from recognized training centres are liable to be given consideration at the time applying for GIA Subsidies.
